super simple chicken pot pie

This recipe is great when you have had a really long day at work and you just want to come home and throw something quick and delicious together. Chicken pot pie filling create from frozen mixed vegetables, cooked chicken breast, and cream of chicken soup. Filling is spooned into glass pie pan, topped with biscuit dough prepared from biscuit mix, whole milk, and egg. Chicken pot pie is baked in hot oven until biscuit dough is firm and golden.
Ingredients -

1-2/3 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed
1 cup cubed Cooked Chicken
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Bisquick Original Baking Mix
1/2 cup Whole Milk
1 Egg

 
Preparation:

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Mix vegetables, soup and chicken in a 9” ungreased pie plate.

3. Stir remaining ingredients in a bowl with a fork, until well blended.

4. Pour into pie plate.

5. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
